Shampoo Riddles

Here are five riddles for kids where the answer is shampoo, so they’re great for using with our other household item and bathroom riddles.

The first four of them are rhyming riddles, with the word ‘shampoo’ completing the rhyme of the fourth.

The fifth riddle asks your children What Am I? To use that idea, read the clue that’s on the first line to your kids and have them try guessing the answer. As the clue is that it’s something that comes in a bottle but which isn’t water, they might guess that it’s ketchup, soda or lotion.

If they don’t guess that shampoo is the answer, read them the second clue and ask them to take another guess. Keep going until your kids either work out that the answer is shampoo or they run out of clues.
